202627 2-4 Transfer Rules Education and Timing

1) every student goes into the NCAA Eligibility center 

- reason - Qualifiers have easier rules

- - Students who have not sent in their HS transcripts are a Partial Qualifiers until all their HS transcripts are processed

2) Satisfying Transfer rules academically - student must finish all course work before the start WVSU Fall 2026 term which is August 17, 2026

- A student getting their AA on August 15, 2026 satisfies

3) 2-4 transfer rules - 6 possible ways

#1)  2-4 Qualifier that never attended a 4YR College or University

#2) 2-4 W/O AA Degree and never attended 4YR College or University

#3) 2-4 W/O AA Degree that attended a 4yr College or University before going to JUCO

#4) 2-4 W/ AA Degree and they attended 4yr College or University before going to JUCO

Can Be at 4yr 1 semester or 2 semesters (Traditional Terms) - Summer cannot count as a semester

5) 2-4 W/ AA Degree and never attended a 4 YR College or University

Must be at JUCO at least 2 Semester

#6) 2-4 Qualifier leaving after 1st semester of Juco that never ever attended another juco or college or university

5) 2-4 W/ AA Degree and never attended a 4 YR College or University
