Job Description

Provide administrative assistance to the football program, primarily to the Head Football Coach, Football Chief of Staff, General Manager and Assistant Football Coaches.

Job duties for the successful individual in this position will include:

  • Assist with team travel, team meals, advance travel and logistics of official and unofficial visits, junior days, and football camps.
  • Entertain non recruiting guests while on campus during practice, provide guided tours of facilities for guests, donors, and VIP's. Invoicing and billing, player-per-diem, player, and staff complimentary tickets, assist strength staff with training table logging and rosters.
  • Create power point presentations and practice plans for Head Coach to present during meetings. Assist with the planning of the annual football banquet, signing day, senior day, and coach's clinic, maintenance of football complex, set up/breakdown for practice, game days, and team events. Assist with planning of practice walk through, schedules and accommodations for visiting teams. Assist with special needs for coaches and staff on game day during pre-game, half-time, and post-game.
  • Serve as the Teamworks administrator for staff. Other duties as assigned by the Football Chief of Staff.

Occasional lifting, weekend and evening hours required.

Required Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree.

Experience
  • Two years of football administrative experience at the high school, college or professional level or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules and regulations.

Experience
  • Administrative experience with Division 1 football program preferred.
